We will review contracts, contact suppliers and adjust crucial details, optimize times and make sure that each decision is aligned with your initial wishes and that everything goes as agreed.

The CHAPTER ONE service includes:

- Reuniones con los novios para recibir toda la información de todos los servicios y proveedores que han contratado para su boda - Revisión de los contratos ya firmados. - Una visita técnica al espacio de la boda - Contacto con todos los proveedores involucrados - Timming de la boda - Elaboración del wedding book - Última reunión con los novios una semana antes de la boda para garantizar que todo está perfecto y va de acuerdo a lo pactado - Asistencia, coordinación y supervisión del día del evento. (Para bodas de hasta 100 invitados el equipo estará formado por 2-3 personas) - Asistencia y recepción de invitados de la boda - Resolución de imprevistos y plan B

- Materials and/or flowers needed to carry out the decoration or any other aspect of the wedding - Confirmation of guests - Coordination of transport - Management of legal procedures - Assembly and disassembly - Diets and accommodations during technical visits and on the wedding day - Travel outside the Province of Alicante (includes the first 3) - Anything that is not specifically detailed in the previous section
